Payment Terms, Discounts, Tutoring

Payments accepted: Check, Venmo, Cash or Paypal (bank transfer no fee or +3.5% credit card fee).

Discounts
Privately paying families: A 10% tuition credit applies if payment is received timely.
Monthly payments are only by prior arrangement and the agreed upon schedule must be kept or the full balance is due.
Siblings: 10% discount for a sibling’s class. 
Pastoral: Students of ordained pastors in active ministry 15% discount.

Charter Schools
Living Math has met requirements to be a vendor for Dimensions and PCA. Charter schools do not pay in advance, and have unique billing requirement that can change annually. To ensure timely payment on your account, you must make arrangements with the instructor and your school to have POs or other billing paperwork approved at the beginning of each 9 week quarter.

Late tuition / Loaned materials outstanding
A $25 fee will be charged for unpaid tuition outstanding 15 days before the last day of class, or for loaned materials not returned within 1 week after the last class.

Tutoring
I reserve limited tutoring time for students in my classes, or for students who are preparing to enter a class next year. Tutoring for students in math classes is $50 an hour, or $40 an hour for four or more tutoring sessions as a package. This pricing does not apply to tutoring outside of the math class family group.
